Facilities Maintenance Service Technician (Distribution Center)

Location: Memphis, TN, USA – 4836 Southridge Blvd

Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Emergencies may cause mandatory overtime; shift may change based on business needs.

McKesson’s temperature‑controlled automated Distribution Center is hiring a senior‑level Facility/Maintenance/Service Technician. The role requires repair experience and knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems. The candidate must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to perform complex technical tasks, and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization.

• Facility, maintenance, or service technician experience.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with diverse equipment used in a distribution center environment.
• Knowledge and safe usage of various maintenance and facility trade tools (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse work environments.
• Basic knowledge of various trades.
• Knowledge of lock‑out/tag‑out and OSHA safety regulations.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder and scissor lift use, forklift operation, and climbing up to 4 story heights in a warehouse environment.
• May work at heights at times.

Base Pay Range: $22.95 – $38.25 per hour.
