Fogelman is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for Madison Shelby Farms in Memphis. The role leads the maintenance team, handles service requests, and manages turn-ins with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Certification in HVAC and CPO is required; experience with Yardi/Entrata/Happy Co is a plus.
