Old Hickory, TN - This is an on-site field position serving customers throughout Middle Tennessee. Candidates should already be located in Middle Tennessee or be prepared to relocate quickly.
Note:Must have 3+ years of experience using electronic leak detection equipment to locate underground leaks through audio and tracer gas, along with hands-on plumbing repair experience and a valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our commercial insurance carrier.

- Perform electronic leak detection on residential and commercial water systems.
- Diagnose concealed, underground, and difficult-to-locate water leaks using professional electronic and acoustic equipment.
- Use pressure testing, system isolation, tracer gas, locating equipment, and other diagnostic methods to identify leak sources.
- Accurately identify and mark suspected leak locations.
- Determine appropriate repair solutions and perform plumbing repairs after leaks are located.
- Repair underground and above-ground water lines, valves, fittings, PRVs, piping, and other plumbing components.
- Perform general residential and commercial plumbing service and troubleshooting as needed.
- Work with common plumbing materials including copper, PEX, PVC, and CPVC.
- Perform sewer camera inspections, dye testing, and other diagnostic services when required.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers, property managers, and the office team.
- Document testing procedures, findings, photographs, repair recommendations, and completed work accurately.
- Safely operate company vehicles, plumbing equipment, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain company-provided tools and leak detection equipment.
- Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
- Take ownership of assigned service calls from diagnosis through completion.
- 3+ years of experience using electronic leak detection equipment.
- Hands-on experience locating underground leaks using audio and tracer gas.
- General plumbing service and repair experience.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing plumbing leaks and water lines.
- Sewer camera experience is strongly preferred.
- Dye testing, pressure testing, system isolation, and locating equipment experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and performing physical tasks including digging, lifting, kneeling, and accessing difficult areas.
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by our commercial insurance carrier.
- Must be located in Middle Tennessee or willing to relocate quickly.
