Starting at $23/hour, based on experience

Matlock Mechanical is an established commercial and industrial mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC and plumbing. We are looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice with strong mechanical aptitude to work alongside our experienced Lead HVAC Technicians. What You'll DoAssist Lead Technicians with commercial and industrial HVAC service and maintenance
Help troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment
Learn HVAC systems, components, tools, and proper service procedures
Follow job site and company safety standards
Travel to customer locations within approximately a 200-mile radius
Take on additional technical responsibilities as your skills develop
What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Strong mechanical aptitudeHVAC experience is preferred, but not required
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Willingness to travel within the service area and work overtime as needed
