Lighting Technician

• Install lighting products safely and neatly in customers’ facilities
• Comply with FSG safety policies
• Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, and other lighting-system items
• Work safely to avoid damaging or disturbing customers’ facilities
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Perform physically demanding tasks and use basic and specialized tools and equipment throughout the service job/work-order process

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• At least 2-4 years of lighting and electrical experience
• Lighting and retrofit experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel
• Must be reliable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive customer service skills
• Must understand and conform to Government/Local regulations and ordinances as well as required Safety Guidelines

Demonstrates expertise in installing lighting products and electrical systems while adhering to safety guidelines and regulations. Possesses strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
