Full-Time | Memphis, TN Monday-Friday | Overtime Available Mechanical Systems Company (MSC) is a trusted commercial and industrial mechanical contractor looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead crews, deliver quality work, and develop the next generation of skilled plumbers.
What You'll DoLead commercial plumbing projects from layout through completion
Supervise and mentor plumbers and apprentices
Plan manpower, materials, and daily jobsite activities
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code requirements
What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of Plumbing Foreman experience
Commercial or industrial plumbing experience is preferred
Knowledge of OSHA, plumbing codes, blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and building codes
Skills in plumbing layout, installation, repair, soldering, brazing, pro pressing, cutting, threading, joining, and system testing
Ability to interpret plans, schematics, and specifications to safely and efficiently execute projects
Proficiency in problem-solving, inspection, and measurement techniques
Ability to safely complete job duties to meet customer expectations
