Fogelman is hiring an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at an 82-unit community in Memphis. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily and strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills.
Certifications in HVAC and CPO are required, with vendor relations and turn management essential. Yardi and Happy Co experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.
