Field Service Technician | $23–$25/hr | Paid Training

Memphis, TN | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Base Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician for our Memphis team.

You'll spend your day in the field traveling to restaurants and commercial kitchens, working with commercial dishwashing equipment, troubleshooting basic issues, delivering products, and helping customers keep their operations running.

You don't need commercial dishwasher experience. We provide paid, hands-on training.

• Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial dishwashing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Work with basic hand tools and equipment
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies
• Diagnose basic mechanical and service issues
• Communicate directly with customers
• Load, unload, lift, and move products
• Manage your daily service responsibilities independently

• $23.00–$25.00/hour base pay
• Monday–Friday schedule: approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call rotation: approximately every 6–7 weeks
• Company vehicle provided for business use

• Automotive service or detailing
• Equipment maintenance
• Appliance service or repair
• Installation
• Facilities or building maintenance
• Manufacturing
• Warehouse or delivery
• Construction
• Mechanical assembly
• Skilled trades
• Other hands-on positions involving tools or equipment

You don't have to already be a technician.

If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable using basic tools, enjoy figuring out how things work, and are willing to learn, we'll teach you our equipment.

What You'll Need
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and use hand tools
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks
