About GH LogisticsGH Logistics is seeking an experienced Fleet Trailer Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Memphis. This position focuses exclusively on trailer maintenance and repair to ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and operational.

This is an on-site position working in a well-equipped maintenance environment with a structured workflow and consistent year-round hours.

Day time and over night shifts available!

Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on dry van trailers.

Diagnose and repair trailer brake systems, lighting, air systems, suspension components, tires, mudflaps, doors, and other trailer components.

Complete work orders assigned during each shift.

Document completed repairs with photos and videos as required.

Maintain accurate repair records and communicate repair status with supervisors.

Utilize company-provided parts, equipment, and service vehicles.

Coordinate major repairs with approved vendors when necessary.

Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of trailer maintenance or trailer mechanic experience

Experience with trailer brake systems, air systems, suspension, lighting, and general trailer repairs

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Own basic hand tools

Smartphone for work communication and documentation

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications Air brake experience

Welding or light fabrication experience DOT Annual Inspection certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working in a transportation, fleet, or distribution environment
