Customer Service Representative, Bilingual – Spanish

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• Install hitches and trailer wiring
• Fill propane
• Drive a forklift
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ideal candidates would be bilingual in Spanish
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals, using protective clothing or gear when required
• Ability to remain stationary for long periods and move around indoors and outdoors
• Ability to reach objects at varying heights
• Ability to move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted

Demonstrates strong customer service skills while assisting with U-Haul products and services, including managing rentals and inventory using smartphone technology. Capable of performing equipment inspections, installations, and handling propane, while ensuring safety and compliance with operational standards.
