Job Overview
Part‑time Behavioral Health Case Manager at Mark Luttrell Transition Center located in Memphis, Tennessee. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe Case Manager is responsible for assessment, planning and coordination of transitional services for offenders. This includes working with offenders on their reintegration from a correctional facility to the community requiring clinical services or placement upon release to promote continuity of care.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, counseling or a closely related field
- One to three years of experience in social casework in a hospital, community treatment center or other community services program
- Experience in a correctional environment preferred
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
- Must pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
Days, Monday‑Friday. 20 hours per week.
