Regional Coordinator

Starting $22.36/hr +/- depending on experience

Full time regional supervisory position

POSITION: REGIONAL COORDINATOR Meals-On-Wheels – Counties including but not limited to:
Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, and Robertson. Base office:
Montgomery County

Responsibilities include developing local partner relations, assisting with employee/volunteer recruitment/eligibility, training, and evaluation in a multi-county region providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver quality meals in a professional manner. Additional activities include monitoring program service reporting to insure the maintenance of thorough and accurate client/meal documentation, regulation compliance and electronic client files. Other duties arising from fundraising efforts.

Job duties require strong organizational, interpersonal, decision making, and problem solving skills, significant experience in supervision, coordination and recruitment of volunteers and staff.

Monday-Friday

Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a

B.A, Degree in Business, Social Services, or related field; a minimum of three years’ experience supervising staff; significant organizational, interpersonal and decision making skills; or any equivalent combination of education and experience to provide the necessary ability and skill to perform the work. Requires clean background, driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task & prioritize job related activities, accuracy and attention to detail.

Computer skills required.
