Role & Responsibilities
Allied Travel Careers seeks a skilled OT to join a collaborative team in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing rehabilitation services to a geriatric population.
Key duties include performing evaluations, developing individualized care plans, delivering evidence-based treatments for ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety, and implementing fall prevention strategies.
The OT will recommend adaptive equipment, document evaluations and progress, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, supervise COTAs, and ensure patient-centered care while maintaining productivity standards.
Qualifications & SkillsActive OT license in the practicing state, preferably with SNF or geriatric experience.
Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and the ability to manage short‑term and long‑term caseloads are essential.
