The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis is seeking a Family Advocate Counselor to perform intakes, home visits, case management, and coordinate supports for caregivers and families.
The role will maintain client records, plan events, and facilitate mentoring groups both in person and via Zoom, with travel within Shelby County and weekend/evening hours. This is a grant-funded position through June 30, 2027.
