University of Tennessee - Knoxville is seeking a Family Advocate Counselor to support the Shelby County Relative Caregiver Program. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you will perform intakes, referrals, home visits, and manage client records.
You will plan and organize events and facilitate the Boys/Girls mentoring group both in person and via Zoom monthly, helping caregivers access resources through the network and other providers.
