Hiring Salary: $20.65/Hourly
Funding:
Grant‑funded until June 30, 2027. May be extended pending funding availability.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager for the Shelby County Relative Caregiver Program, the Family Advocate Counselor performs intakes, referrals, home visits, case management, maintains client records (files), plans and organizes events, and facilitates the Boys/Girls mentoring group both in person and via Zoom monthly. The role supports caregivers in determining specific needs and obtaining support with projects resources through the network and/or other providers, involving hands‑on contact with individuals and families through home and office visits.
