Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Case Manager/Community Support Individual (CSI) to support recovery-focused services for children and families in the community. You will help implement the Individual Recovery Plan, coordinate care, and engage with agencies to strengthen supports.
You will complete assessments, participate in interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and conduct outreach to caseload clients while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
