Youth Villages in Memphis, TN is seeking a Behavioral Youth Counselor (Teacher Counselor) to teach essential life skills, provide daily care, and participate in treatment planning for youth ages 6 to 17 with behavioral and mental health challenges on our Tennessee campuses.
You will participate in transports, lead group therapy, document in an EMR, and support youth toward less restrictive settings, while maintaining a flexible weekend-based schedule with shifts that may include evenings.
