- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Mule Soft
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
- Ensure CRM best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex
- Experience with Dev Ops tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce Dev Ops Center, Copado, Gearset)
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in mentoring or technical leadership
