We are undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation, modernizing our core enterprise application ecosystem to better serve our massive network of independent hardware retailers and distribution hubs. Central to this transformation is building a seamless, real‑time, and supply chain platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Engineer who bridges the gap between two core technology stacks:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Mule Soft. In this role, you will design, develop, and support the critical integration pipelines that keep our retail tech and back‑office applications operating in perfect harmony. Reporting directly into the Enterprise Applications leadership team, you will have a high‑visibility seat at the table in shaping our future state architecture.

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):
  Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience designing and deploying OIC integrations, with deep exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud adapters and REST/SOAP frameworks
• Mule Soft:
  Minimum 2–3 years of experience developing APIs on the Anypoint Platform, writing Data Weave transformations, and designing with RAML/OAS
• Data & Protocols:
  Deep understanding of JSON, XML, flat files, secure FTP (SFTP), and standard enterprise security patterns (OAuth, SSL, API Keys)
• Architectural Concept Mastery:
  Strong understanding of SOA (Service‑Oriented Architecture), ETL processes, and pub/sub or event‑driven messaging patterns (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ...)

• Experience developing integrations within large‑scale wholesale distribution, logistics, supply chain, or multi‑unit retail environments is a major plus

• Design & develop integration solutions: build robust, scalable, and secure end-to-end integration workflows using both Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Mule Soft Anypoint Platform
• Connect the core ecosystem: develop and maintain API‑led connectivity across critical platforms, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Salesforce CRM, advanced supply chain management applications, and retail store POS technology
• API management & governance: design, publish, and manage reusable APIs using Mule Soft's API‑led connectivity framework (Experience, Process, and System API layers)
• Legacy to Cloud Modernization: assist in migrating legacy mainframe integrations into modern cloud‑based data streams and event‑driven architectures
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: work hand‑in‑hand with the IT PMO, business analysts, and functional business partners (Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations) to gather technical requirements and convert them into working code
• Troubleshoot & optimize: act as the Tier‑3 technical expert for enterprise data flows, monitoring system performance, optimizing payload handling, and resolving integration errors efficiently
