• 2+ years experience with messaging/IVR testing
• 4+ years experience building and deploying CI systems such as Jenkins and Bamboo
• 5+ years experience in test automation development using established frameworks and tools
• 5+ years experience with REST and JSON APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification is a plus

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated quality engineering professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions across a broad range of platforms and technologies, including APIs, microservices, and user interfaces. You will play a critical role in advancing our AI-enhanced engineering pipeline, contributing to enterprise-level test automation frameworks, and ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

• Design, develop, and deliver automated API and UI testing using Java with Web Driver and TestNG, as well as services testing using Groovy scripting with JMeter, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI
• Build and implement SQL queries and validate databases using automation tools
• Perform Microservice and REST API testing and automation, leveraging Swagger documentation for API validations
• Conduct Kafka topic and consumer validations
• Apply AI-enabled quality engineering techniques to support debugging, test case generation, and risk analysis to help advance the AI-enhanced engineering pipeline
• Utilize Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Stash for continuous integration and version control of automation artifacts
• Build and deploy CI automation pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
• Leverage Selenium Grid for parallel execution of test cases across multiple browsers
• Develop feature files using Gherkin language for Behavior-Driven Development
• Contribute to Enterprise Test Automation Frameworks as needed
• Provide accurate estimates for test strategy, design, and execution work
• Document, communicate, and elevate test results and defects in a timely manner
• Perform Messaging and IVR testing as required
• Coordinate activities between US and remote testing teams as needed
• Apply critical thinking to translate complex application flows into comprehensive test cases

• Strong experience with test automation using Selenium, ReadyAPI, and Rest Assured

• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Stash, and Bamboo for project management and defect tracking
• Proficiency with Groovy scripting for use with JMeter, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI

• Knowledge of cloud-based web application architecture with emphasis on AWS Cloud
