Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers while representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Safely operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to deliver products to customers in the Memphis area
* Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon completion
* Navigate efficiently through local streets and traffic patterns to optimize delivery routes
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered during shifts
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from recipients
* Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management
* Handle cash transactions and credit card payments when required
* Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Drivers earn up to $15-$20 per hour with tips, mileage and wages. Tips and mileage paid daily!!!
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Must be 18 years or older
* Proof of valid vehicle insurance
* Reliable transportation
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
* Basic math and cash handling abilities
* Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
* Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery apps
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
