We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team at our Memphis, TN location. As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate and oversee the daily transportation logistics. Key responsibilities include scheduling routes, managing driver assignments, tracking shipments, and responding to customer inquiries. The Dispatcher will monitor on‑time deliveries, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements. On‑site collaboration with team members will be essential to maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Knowledgeable in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and route scheduling
• Strong communication skills for driver management and customer interactions
• Ability to solve time-sensitive issues and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance standards
• Attention to detail and proficiency in record-keeping, reporting, and using relevant software tools
• Prior experience in a transportation or logistics-related role is preferred
