Station Manager

Sky Hop Global is expanding to Memphis, and we’re excited to launch operations in a brand-new market. This is a unique opportunity to help build, lead, and grow a station from the ground up with a fast-growing national company that operates 24/7/365 in airline crew transportation.

This is not a desk-only leadership role. We’re seeking a true Player-Coach—a hands-on leader who leads by example, actively drives when needed, and sets the standard for safety, service, and professionalism.

At Sky Hop Global, we safely transport airline crew members between airports and hotels across the U.S. Our leaders are trusted operators who balance people leadership with hands-on execution. In Memphis, you’ll shape the culture, standards, and success of a brand-new station.

As Station Leader, you will oversee daily operations and actively drive as needed to support coverage, service recovery, and training. You’ll manage drivers, schedules, safety, and performance while remaining operationally engaged.

Lead From the Front

• Serve as a visible, hands-on leader—driving routes when needed
• Coach drivers in real time and lead by example

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, on-time service
• Step in to drive during peak times, call-outs, or operational needs

People & Team Development

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain professional drivers
• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork

Safety First—Always

• Ensure compliance with DOT, company, and client safety standards
• Conduct ride-alongs, spot checks, and incident follow-up

Customer & Client Experience

• Deliver high-touch service that turns airline crews into raving fans
• Act as the on-site leader for service recovery and issue resolution

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
Plus: Monthly performance bonus opportunities

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of continuous driving experience
• Ability to pass drug screen, physical, and background check
• Conversational English required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (luggage assistance)
• Comfortable driving shuttle vans in airport and city environments
• Strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service

Sky Hop Global operates 24/7/365, and this role requires open availability.

• Must be available to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• On-call availability is required based on operational needs
• Schedules may change based on flight volume, staffing, and service demands
• Flexibility is essential in a fast-paced, airline-driven environment
