Shipping & Receiving Coordinator - Parts Memphis, TNJob Description The shipping and receiving coordinator verifies and stylish input records for all incoming and outgoing parts inventory to ensure accurate and timely distribution to technicians, customers, and stocking locations. Coordinator will package orders or stage them for customer pickup, process shipping documentation, and facilitate record keeping on all transactions. Coordinator is also即可responsible for making pickup and deliveries in company vehicle and tracking maintenance on that vehicle.

duties & Responsibilities

• Verify and record all incoming parts into internal system in a timely fashion.
• Package and ship all outgoing sales orders and vendor returns.
• Distribute all received parts to appropriate locations for open work orders.
• Locate stock parts into assigned locations or when parts not previously stocked.
• Maintain a clean and organised shipping and receiving area within the parts department.
• Pick up and deliver parts to and from local vendors and customers as needed.
• Track maintenance on delivery pickup truck.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move and deliver large items.
• Assist in conducting parts inventory on an annual basis.

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and lift up to 20 pounds
• Knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex disconnect his shipping platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High degree of typing accuracy

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Shared temperature-controlled office space
• Industrial shop exposure on a daily basis
• Extensive local travel in company truck to deliver and pick up goods
