** Must be able to work flexible hours.
Verify egg counts picked up from farms and entering into computer system.
Allocate eggs to specific customer orders.
Perform and maintain all paperwork associated with customer orders.
Pull together eggs for customer orders and prepare them for shipping, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Communicate with drivers regarding egg pickups.
Maintain open communications with management, hatchery personnel, and production planning.
Responsible for maintaining correct physical inventory.
