School Bus Driver

Part‑Time School Bus Driver – Memphis, TN

We are looking for part‑time School Bus Drivers for Memphis, TN. As a First Student driver you will transport students safely from before‑school pickup to after‑school drop‑off, with split shift hours and a guaranteed 5‑hour shift each school day. No driving experience is required; we provide paid CDL training.

A split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and afternoon drop‑off with free hours in between. No nights or weekends unless desired.

• $23.00 per hour starting wage
• Paid CDL training
• $200 Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) bonus*

• Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years
• At least 25 years old
• No experience necessary – training provided
• Pass DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee (ScheduleI drugs including marijuana prohibited)
• Must obtain a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) within 14 days of accepting the job offer

• Do not have a college degree or high school diploma
