Join JREL, Inc., a Fed Ex Independent Service Provider, as a Full-Time or Part-Time Fed Ex Delivery Associate serving the North Memphis area.

Deliver Fed Ex Ground packages out of our North Memphis station:

3456 Meyers Rd. Memphis, TN 38108

• Paid on a daily rate
• Daily rate applies regardless of route length
• Paid weekly every Friday through ADP Payroll
• Direct deposit or paper check available
• Routes operate 7 days a week
• Drivers must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM on scheduled workdays

This is a route-based role. Applicants should be comfortable completing a full route day.

As a Delivery Associate with JREL, Inc., you will:

• Safely deliver Fed Ex Ground packages to residential and business locations
• Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Follow assigned routes using handheld delivery devices
• Work independently while maintaining delivery quality and timeliness
• Adhere to all Fed Ex and company safety policies, including dash camera use
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license.
  An F-Endorsement is required for this Fed Ex station; assistance or guidance may be provided if applicable.

Routes include suburban and rural areas
, including two-lane highways
, and typically run between the station address above and Covington, TN
, primarily along TN-14 and U.S. 51
.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license with F-Endorsement and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• No CDL required
• Willing to consent to:
• Background check
• 5-panel urine drug test
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with a dolly
• Comfortable driving long hours and on two-lane rural highways
• Passionate about driving, safety, and customer service
• Fed Ex Ground delivery experience is a plus
• Weekend availability preferred and may be required during peak periods
