Performs aircraft line support services including receiving and dispatching aircraft at gates, push back and tow, conducting aircraft security inspections, exterior and interior cleaning, operating aircraft loading equipment, and assisting aircraft maintenance personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or GED. Must be enrolled in and attending an accredited aviation maintenance program for airframe and power plant certification, or possess an airframe and power plant license (will not be exercising the privilege of the certificate).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Ability to lift or pull 50 lbs.
- Frequent kneeling, bending, squatting, and climbing required.
- Understanding of Fed Ex Express aircraft operations, procedures, and servicing.
- Interpretation of FAA, EPA, and OSHA rules related to aircraft in Fed Ex inventory.
- Knowledge of aircraft safety procedures.
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and their proper applications.
- Ability to operate all types of powered equipment.
- Assist aircraft maintenance personnel performing assigned duties.
Must be willing to work odd weeks, rotating shifts, overtime, and holidays. A valid non‑restricted driver’s license from the state of residence is required.
Non‑Covered Safety Sensitive Position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Preferred QualificationsApplicants must include a current transcript, high school diploma or GED, and state driver license.
