Looking to join a team where you are valued and your hard work is appreciated? Tire Factory/Point S Tire and Auto has immediate Driver positions available for our Memphis location. You are eligible for a $500 new‑hire bonus and, after 90 days, an additional $200 per month incentive bonus. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour.

• Ensure the vehicle is fit for the road by performing and recording routine checks of lights, tires, oil, water, etc., reporting any defects to maintain the safety of driver and goods.
• Ensure the vehicle is loaded safely for optimum efficiency and safety.
• Drive in accordance with Highway Code regulations, taking responsibility for the vehicle, including security and completion of paperwork to provide a safe and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean vehicle both inside and out.
• Deliver all orders in a timely manner and in full; record any delivery exceptions.
• Provide top‑notch customer service, remembering that a delivery driver is the last face a customer sees and is a direct reflection of Tire Factory/Point S.

• 2 to 3 years of delivery driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and be comfortable performing manual labor.
• Consistent work history and strong work ethic.
• Dependable team player.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls.
• Required to operate company vehicles.
• Lift/carry freight weighing up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
• Push or pull products of excessive weight.
• Work both independently and in a team environment.
• Meet or exceed applicable efficiency standards and expectations.
• Drive for long periods of time.
• Work in extreme weather conditions (heat or cold).

• High School Diploma (or GED or high‑school equivalence certificate).
• 2–3 years of distribution experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge and identification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance/requirements.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge.

• Day shift.
• Work week:
  Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed; hours vary.
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth by the distribution center supervisor/manager.
