Availability: Part‑time position. Evening and weekend availability required; some morning shifts needed. Approximately 15‑20 hours per week.

• Tiff’s Treats drivers are guaranteed to make at least a minimum of $15 per hour average pay per pay period with our “GAP” (Guaranteed Average Pay) program.
• Earn an average of $15 – $20 per hour (includes $10 per hour base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives).

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver treats quickly and efficiently, using the company vehicle (as available) or your own vehicle.
• Assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and other various tasks as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk‑in customers.
• Be open to receiving and learning from constructive feedback to help you improve and grow.

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver.
• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when company vehicles are occupied; compensated accordingly for using own vehicle.
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws and keeping the vehicle clean and organized.
• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment.
• Must be available to work during busiest days of the year, such as Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day (“All Hands on Deck” days).
