Job Overview

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL A Solo OTR Truck Drivers. Company drivers with 2+ years of experience and a clean MVR/PSP score are preferred. Immediate openings are available for drivers in Tennessee (Memphis area) and Pennsylvania (Allentown area), and applicable elsewhere.

• 30% line haul plus bonuses (most popular for solo drivers).
• $1,900–$2,400 weekly average plus bonuses.
• Option to switch to miles pay at any time.
• Up to 60¢ per mile for automatic drivers, up to 65¢ for manual.
• Well over $104K per year on percentage (top end $145K).
• No forced dispatch.

Typical: $1,900–$2,400 per week, with peaks up to $2,700+ on legal hours.
