Hire Now Snapshot The CDL-A Driver will support over-the-road transportation operations by delivering freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions while hauling primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight. Transportation Operations
- Safely transport freight while meeting established delivery schedules.
- Operate over-the-road routes throughout assigned service areas.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel.
- Represent the company with professionalism during all customer interactions.
- Transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
- Operate Freightliner tractors that are three years old or newer.
- Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
- Complete extended over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
- Deliver freight safely while protecting cargo integrity.
- Maintain efficiency while supporting consistent customer delivery expectations.
- Weekly Earnings: $1,202 – $1,512
- Annual Earnings: $62,504 – $78,624

Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Safe driving history and commitment to DOT compliance.
- Ability to support extended over-the-road assignments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Stable employment history.
- U.S.
-based citizens only. - Authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous over-the-road driving experience.
- Experience hauling refrigerated freight.
- Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent defensive driving and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
- Professional attitude with commitment to on-time deliveries.
- Strong safety record with minimal violations.
- Refrigerated freight experience.
- Proven success operating long-haul OTR routes.
- Dependability and excellent attendance.

- Jumpy or inconsistent employment history.
- Less than three months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
