Benefits- Compensation: $26 per hour + $5 Weekend Warrior Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5,200 per year

- Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes to deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
- Safely connect to and disconnect truck hoses to customer oil tanks for loading/unloading.
- Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
- Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
- Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and loading equipment.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
- Bilingual.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Driving Record Expectations:
- Safe Driving Record (Past 36 months):
Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations. - Zero Tolerance (Past 5 years):
No speeding over 100 mph. - Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
- Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen.
- Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
