• Compensation: $26 per hour + $5 Weekend Warrior Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5,200 per year

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes to deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
• Safely connect to and disconnect truck hoses to customer oil tanks for loading/unloading.
• Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and loading equipment.

• Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
• Driving Record Expectations:
• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 months):
  Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 years):
  No speeding over 100 mph.
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
• Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
