Trillium Drivers is looking for Class B Drivers in the Memphis, TN for a 1st shift, temp to permanent opportunity!

The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, start time 6am to 4pm or until all deliveries have been made. Pay rate is $25 per hour! OT after 40 hours.

You will be responsible for delivering products to clients; inspecting the general condition of the vehicle; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean vehicles including following all safety precautions in accordance with the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver statewide products to bars, restaurants, hotels, or other customer locations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Receive payment for goods delivered.
• Sort merchandise by the invoice for delivery.
• Check-in money and returned goods daily with Driver Check-in & Accounting Cashier.
• Complete all required paperwork daily, including Department of Transportation logbook and driver vehicle inspection report (DVIR).
• Report to work in adherence to company uniform standards (e.g., neat, clean, and properly attired).
• Plan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods.
• Load and unload cargo make sure safety equipment is being utilized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience.
• Class B Commercial Driver's License required.
• Additional hours may be required during October, November, December and other peak periods.
• Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift.
• May require working at heights of 8 feet or greater.
• Must be able to frequently lift/lower, push, carry, or pull 56lbs.
• Foot Protection is required for this position. Closed-toe shoes or preferably, steel-toe boots are required to be worn.
