Pay

• From $2,000 guaranteed per driver (up to 6,000 miles)$0.80 per additional mile
• $0.85 CPM, all miles paid, expected pay $2550-$3200
• Weekly Direct Deposit (1099)
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $100–$500
• $2,000 Team Referral Bonus

Stay-Out Bonus:

• $2,200 per driver after 6 consecutive weeks on the road
• $2,300 per driver after 10 consecutive weeks on the road

Home Time

• Be home for your 34-hour reset every other week while continuing to earn consistent miles.
• Typical schedule:
  
  3–4 weeks out, 3-5 days home.

Dedicated Regional Lanes

Main hub: Memphis, TN area (including Olive Branch, MS)

Outbound loads: Primarily from Memphis to California, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona

Return loads: Back to Memphis from California, Utah, and Arizona

• Overall, the routes are mainly Memphis Western U.S.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience
• Clean MVR
• Basic English communication

Additional Information

• Occupational Insurance: $49/week
• $1,000 Escrow (deducted over the first four weeks and refundable with a two-week notice)
• Orientation and truck pickup in Orlando, FL
• 50% travel reimbursement on your first paycheck
