CDL A Floating Driver | $1,500 Team/$1,200 Solo Guarantee

JCG Transportation is hiring full-timeCDL A Floating Driversin the Olive Branch, MS and Memphis, TN area.

Earn a $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee when running teamor a $1,200 weekly minimum guarantee when running solo, with weekly pay and year-round work.

Floating drivers help cover open freight while waiting for dedicated opportunities. When a dedicated position becomes available, floating drivers have the opportunity to move into a dedicated run.

• $0.80 CPM split
• $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee

• $0.57 CPM
• $1,200 weekly minimum guarantee

As a Floating Driver, you'll help cover freight where drivers are needed while maintaining consistent year-round work.

Most runs are dedicated, and floating drivers have the opportunity to move into a dedicated position when an opening becomes available.

You must be willing to runboth solo and team.

• Valid CDL A
• Doubles endorsement required
• Drivers must be willing to run both solo and team
• Willing to work from both Olive Branch, MS and Memphis, TN
• Dependable and flexible with your schedule
• Experienced CDL A driver preferred
