$18.35 an hour up to $21.63 after 12 months of employment

2:00pm – 8:30pm (overtime as needed) Mon‑Fri

• Pull all orders for the customer according to the prescribed picking quota as set by management.
• Navigate to the shelf where the product is located; identify the proper product and quantity, pull the product, and transport it to the checking station.
• Use basic computer navigation.
• Operate voice picking and RF scanning equipment.
• Adhere to the Stockroom Housekeeping Policy of facility and specific product line area.
• Maintain accuracy while working at a good speed.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials.

Must be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing product numbers and line codes to ensure proper retrieval of products for shipment, including identifying sequences of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly.

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write legibly, and communicate with the voice picking system. Adapt to understanding the voice system’s commands and adjust speech for accurate input.

Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds.

Apply common sense to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variables.

The environment may involve moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels. The employee must occasionally be exposed to these conditions.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and speak or hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to climb or balance. Forklift certification is required. Frequently required to lift up to 60 pounds and move heavy products in excess of 1,000 pounds using hand trucks, dollies, motorized carts, pallet jacks, etc.

Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
