Job OverviewWe are currently looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk for our Airways Center in Memphis, with warehouse experience. This role includes day‑to‑day support for cycle counts, inventory discrepancy research, system transactions, email requests handling, report execution, and transfer order creation. The role requires working independently, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating with other inventory clerks.
Responsibilities- Perform cycle counts and inventory discrepancy research.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records.
- Maintain controls over various types of inventories (raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
- Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Ensure quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
- Conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements.
- Handle email requests (internal and external) and run reports such as Expire, Pending Purge/Expiry, Stock Block.
- Create transfer orders and assist with other inventory functions as needed.
- Work alongside other inventory clerks to clear the discrepancy area.
- Minimum of 4 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
- Order Picker certification.
- Excellent analytical research skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
- Medical device background.
- Experience with SAP.
- Turret and reach truck experience.

ShiftThird Shift – 9:30 pm–6:00 am, Sunday through Thursday.
