Inventory Clerk – Airways Center

Location:

Memphis, Tennessee – Third Shift (9:30pm–6:00am, Sunday through Thursday).

Application window closes on 26 Jun 2026. This role supports day‑to‑day inventory management for Medtronic’s Airways Center.

• Perform cycle counts, inventory discrepancy research, and system transactions.
• Check email requests (internal and external) and run reports such as Expire, Pending Purge/Expiry, Stock Block.
• Assist with creating transfer orders.
• Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Maintain controls over various inventory types (raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records.
• Confirm accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements.
• Work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, assisting other Inventory Clerks as needed.

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Order Picker Certified (preferred).
• Medical device background (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Experience with turret and reach trucks (preferred).
• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. §214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Employees must be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co‑workers.

Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Competitive salary range: $48,400.00–$72,600.00 (U.S. locations, excluding Puerto Rico). Eligible for the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
