Lead Material Handler – Distribution Center, Memphis, TN, USA
Full-Time – Shift options:
Sunday 6:00 pm – 2:30 am;
Monday–Thursday 5:30 pm – 2:00 am (plus overtime as required).

Lead the nightly operations of the warehouse, supervising a team of associates in the handling, picking, and processing of pharmaceutical products and supplies.

• Supervise associates and delegate tasks to achieve daily operational goals.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining accurate records and rejecting unsatisfactory items.
• Operate power equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Resolve problems, enforce deadlines, and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of work.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed, including cold‑area procedures.
• Maintain certifications and comply with safety protocols in a fast‑paced environment.

• Minimum 5 years of related warehouse or distribution center experience; 6 months of McKesson experience preferred for internal candidates.
• Leadership experience with coaching, engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Accumax or RF systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude, quality‑driven, organized, punctual, self‑motivated, with an excellent attendance record.
• Physically capable of lifting 20–50 pounds (repetitively) and walking up to 10 miles during a shift.

Competitive pay with a $1.50/hour shift differential and optional overtime. Base Pay Range: $17.63 – $29.39. Eligible for benefit programs.
Additional compensation such as annual bonuses and long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
