What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead daily warehouse labor activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Train and coach warehouse associates on company standards and quality expectations.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper labeling, scanning, and record‑keeping.
  • Monitor compliance with warehouse processes and scan discipline requirements.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products are properly packaged and protected.
  • Assist with workload planning and task assignments.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely.
  • Serve as the acting warehouse leader when management is unavailable.
  • Partner with leadership to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse lead or supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or transportation environment.
  • Experience training and developing warehouse employees.
Preferred Experience
  • Furniture handling or final‑mile delivery experience.
  • Forklift certification and equipment operating experience.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and scanning technology.
