Warehouse Associate Part-time

We are the makers of Oreo, Ritz Crackers, Triscuit, Sour Patch and Swedish Fish. Join Mondelez International/NABISCO as a Warehouse Associate Part-Time located in Memphis, TN to help us drive the future of snacking!

• Position represented by a labor union.
• Schedule:
  
  Wednesday to Friday; starting at 6 AM, finishing when the work is done
  .
• Branch location:
  5812 Distribution Dr., Memphis, TN 38141
  .
• You may be working with forklift and/or pallet jacks.

• Participate in truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintain warehouse organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Accurately assemble and load product on delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, loading/unloading of delivery trucks.
• Maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Record, report, and return defective items from previous deliveries.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced work environment using a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
• Proficient in lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 50 lbs./25 kg).
• Preferably experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.
• Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.

• Follow schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor.
• Be flexible with schedules based on customer demands.
• Have a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
• Be able to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Hourly pay rate: $22.00 per hour.
