The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily execution and continuous improvement of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient product flow, and alignment with production and distribution requirements. The role serves as a key liaison between logistics, production, quality, and transportation, providing operational support, data analysis, and issue resolution to maintain service, cost, and compliance standards.
The position operates Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑3:00pm. Flexibility is required; tasks may require work on off‑hours and/or some weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
- Support production reporting and reconciliation within Oracle systems
- Maintain accuracy of inventory through cycle counts, transactions, and discrepancy resolution
- Receive raw materials and packaging in compliance with company standards
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle to manage inventory, transactions, and reporting
- Extract, analyze, and maintain data using spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and performance management
- Generate and review operational reports including production, inventory reconciliation, and shipment tracking
- Maintain and manage the capital asset log
- Perform and support cycle counting activities and inventory posting
- Execute mock trace and recall exercises for finished goods to ensure traceability compliance
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and reconciliation gaps
- Maintain accurate stock status and inventory records across systems
- Schedule outbound loads and coordinate with external carriers
- Optimize shuttle movements based on WMS orders and warehouse capacity to reduce handling and cost
- Provide direction to Team Leads and Shipping Clerks for product movement and staging
- Ensure accurate documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipment records
- Serve as a key element owner within the Supply Chain Pillar, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Quality, Production, and Transportation to resolve operational issues
- Support Red Prairie (WMS) updates, including item setup and issue resolution
- Provide coverage for operational roles as needed to maintain business continuity
- Provide functional guidance and oversight to warehouse team leads across all shifts
- Support daily prioritization of warehouse activities aligned to production and shipment schedules
- Demonstrate ability to perform all warehouse functions and provide hands‑on support when required
- Execute production reporting and reconciliation in Oracle
- Update master production and warehouse schedules
- Prepare metrics and reports for daily meetings (8:00 / 8:30)
- Monitor and resolve reconciliation issues and discrepancies
- Review warehouse accuracy (put away, quantities, tagging, and transactions)
- Manage product holds and inventory adjustments as needed
- Coordinate product movements and support shipping documentation (BOLs)
High School Diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Experience with Oracle, WMS (Red Prairie preferred), and inventory systems strongly preferred.
- Must be a minimum of a T3 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
- Strong systems proficiency (Oracle, WMS, Excel/spreadsheet tools).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and support all job functions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required.
- Flexibility to support operations across all shifts as needed.
- Lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
