Distribution Group Lead IV

Medtronic is hiring for a distribution center operations role located in Memphis, Tennessee (Central DC). The role is essential to ensuring timely delivery of lifesaving therapies to customers.

• Perform manual and clerical inbound and receiving duties, including unpacking or wrapping items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, and equipment.
• Use computer system to track, log, verify, and report received materials; process freight bills, packing sheets, and related documents.
• Verify conformance of incoming shipments to specified identifications and log receipt of items on the system.
• Post weight and shipping charges and route merchandise to destinations.
• Work in a central warehouse environment and maintain a minimum of five days per week onsite.
• Coordinate with team members and give constructive feedback as needed.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse operation.
• Direct experience supporting Medtronic distribution center operations, such as waving orders, assigning isles, running orders, and batch swaps, is preferred.
• Advanced English language fluency and strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and delegate tasks to team members.
• Valid U.S. work authorization; candidates below Principal level must possess unrestricted U.S. authorization at hire and throughout employment. (H-1B, TN, J sponsor ships are offered only for Principal level and above.)
• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. §214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Base salary range for U.S. locations (excluding Puerto Rico): $53,600.00 – $80,400.00 USD. The position is eligible for a short‑term incentive program (Operations Incentive Plan). Compensation and benefits are competitive and include health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life insurance, long‑term disability, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and employee stock purchase plan, among others. Regular employees must work at least 20 hours per week to qualify for full benefits.
