Looking for Material Handler (3rd shift) for a distribution facility at Murfreesboro, TN.
Position OverviewThe Material Handler (3rd Shift) at the facility is responsible for overnight order picking and packing. This premium-pay shift runs Sunday-Thursday or Saturday-Wednesday depending on open orders released by the company – the exact schedule is not confirmed until orders are issued. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable with overnight work.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to work instructions and system prompts
- Inspect product for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets as set by site management
- Follow all health, safety, and Geodis site policies
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems as required
- Participate in team huddles, safety walks, and continuous improvement activities
- Adhere to strict attendance and punctuality requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility for the assigned shift
- Availability and flexibility to work either Sunday-Thursday or Saturday-Wednesday overnight (schedule determined by Apple’s open orders)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Must pass criminal background check (theft, violence, drug offences screened)
- Must be available to work the full shift as scheduled
