Outbound Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

On Deck Deliveries is looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Outbound Associate to help prepare deliveries for success. In this role, you'll pull, stage, verify, and prepare products for daily delivery routes while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. • Pull and stage products for scheduled delivery routes.
• Verify labels, scan items, and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare items for loading, including wrapping and protecting products when needed.
• Support White Glove and specialty deliveries by confirming all parts and accessories are included.
• Assist with unloading inbound shipments when needed.
• Report damaged or incorrect items immediately.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Help maintain warehouse inventory and supplies.

• Ability to lift and move furniture and other heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
