Medtronic is hiring at our Memphis Central DC. Our employees help deliver life‑saving therapies and support a diverse, patient‑centric workforce.

Members of the distribution site team support warehouse operations, ensuring customers receive therapies when needed.

• Perform a combination of manual and clerical inbound and receiving duties, may work out of a central warehouse.
• Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
• Follow receiving practices, procedures, schedules and requirements.
• Receive incoming materials or prepare materials for stock placement.
• Unpack or unwrap items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
• Verify incoming shipments and conformance of materials to state identifications; log receipt of items on system, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; report materials shipped and bills of lading; post weight and shipping charges and route merchandise to destinations.

Requires minimum of 8 years of experience.

• Direct experience supporting Medtronic distribution center operations, including waving orders, assigning isles, running orders, and batch swaps.
• Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse operation.
• Advanced English language fluency.
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey goals clearly.
• Active listening and the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Some experience delegating tasks to team members.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
