We are hiring a Forklift Order Picker at the Nike Distribution Center – Centerpointe in Memphis, TN. The position offers competitive pay of $18–$19.50 per hour, weekly paychecks, direct deposit or cash card option, paid training, medical/dental insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts at the Nike store.
Shift Information- Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Monday – Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

- Operate an order picker throughout the shift
- Load and unload cartons/packages efficiently and safely, completing required paperwork
- Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment
- Inspect and maintain forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and other miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Use RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse
- Certification and experience operating forklift equipment (order picker) required
- Familiarity with RF scan gun and data entry
- Ability to read and count accurately and follow instructions
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift 50 lb. continuously
- Willingness to work overtime with little or no advance notice
