Target Pay: $18.00 an hour, determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training and budget.

• Order Picking (25%): Assign orders to boxes ready to ship using a barcode scanner; pick proper item numbers and quantities per pick list.
• Order Packing (25%): Use barcode scanner to pack orders; pack product in properly sized boxes; prepare and pack products that require ice or cold shipment in proper containers.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and hand jacks.
• Order Shipping (25%): Prepare boxes for shipment using Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship.
• Inventory Management (20%): Manually stock inventory; use Great Plains inventory program systems; complete inquiries and bin transfers.
• Other duties as assigned (5%).

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Proven ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to solve general math problems encountered in day-to-day operations.
• Consistently displays attention to detail.
• Proficient in oral and written communications, both internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Adaptable and flexible in a variety of situations.
• Basic ability with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet software and e‑mail.
• No travel required.

• Must be able to lift 80 pounds repetitively; push/pull up to 80 lbs.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. above head.
• Work in confined spaces; stoop, kneel, crouch; walk; stand for extended periods; sit for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Wear personal safety protection including safety glasses.
• Climb ladders or steps on a regular basis.

Typical manufacturing warehouse environment; noise level usually noisy.
